Opulart

Privacy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

Opulart has no accounts, sets no cookies, and asks you for nothing. The works you keep stay in your own browser, on your own device.

The publisher does not know who you are and has no way of finding out. That is why there is no banner to accept when you arrive.

Opulart is published from France and governed by French law. The French version of this page is the authoritative one.

1. What your browser keeps

The site stores two things in your browser's local storage (the localStorage feature). They never leave your device, are sent to no one, and the publisher cannot read them.

opulart.favoris the numbers of the works you have kept
opulart.langue the display language you have chosen

These are not cookies: nothing is attached to your requests or sent to a server. They exist only to provide what you asked for, keeping a work and seeing the site in your language, which under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act means no prior consent is required.

To erase them, clear the site's data in your browser settings. Your collection will be lost, since it exists nowhere else.

2. Audience measurement

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit it.

What is recorded:

What is not done:

A "visit" is not an identified person: it is simply a page view arriving from another site. The resulting statistics are aggregated and cannot be traced back to you. They are used only by the publisher, to know whether anyone is reading the site.

3. Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes your IP address in order to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. This is a technical necessity common to every website, based on the publisher's legitimate interest in running and securing it.

The publisher has no access to these logs in any form that would identify you. For more: Cloudflare's privacy policy.

4. Other services your browser contacts

Displaying a page of Opulart makes your browser request files from other servers. Those servers therefore receive your IP address, as with any web page:

5. Your rights

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection over your personal data.

Since Opulart keeps nothing that could identify you, the publisher cannot recognise you and has, in practice, nothing to disclose or erase (article 11 of the GDPR). You are welcome to write to contact@opulart.com with any question about this page.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

6. Changes

This page describes the site as it works today. If the site changes, this page changes with it, and so does the date at the top.
